Returns Policy

Purchases from DANE Jewellery may be returned or exchanged except for earrings due to hygiene considerations. All purchases of earrings are final so please chose carefully.

Please advise us within 7 days from the date the item was delivered. Jewellery must not have been worn or damaged in anyway. The cost of postage/courier for returned goods will be your responsibility unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

Please note there will be no returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene standards.

RETURNING AN ITEM 

  • Please return your item in all original packaging.
  • All paperwork must be returned to us and the item must be in good condition.
  • Please package your item carefully so that it returns to us undamaged.

DANE Jewellery recommends using an insured postage/courier method as we will not accept any responsibility for items we have not shipped. 

You will be responsible for the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured. 

FAULTY ITEM

If your item is faulty please contact us via email as soon as possible. Once we receive the item we will repair or replace it, or offer you a full refund.

DANE Jewellery will cover the cost of returning faulty goods and also the postage/courier cost of repaired or replaced items.

If the item was purchased from one of our stockists, please return it to the stockist you purchased it from.
